We try to make things easy. You can come into our store and test ride and see all of our products. Our return policy is located below. Please note that we are here to make our customers happy but have to be able to set limits and boundaries. Once a kayak, paddleboard, ebike, or other mobility device leaves our facility they are never to be returned 🙂 We like to sell products that are contributing members of society…with that said, see our return policy below.

Returns – ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all kayaks, paddle-boards, and electric bikes including OneWheel products. If there are any issues with your product after taking delivery you must reach out to the product manufacturer through the warranty card information provided to you in the box.  Any items damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

Returns/ Exchanges for Apparel & Accessories – We have a 14 day return policy. All items must be UN-USED in original packaging. Any item returned that is not new and unused will be be subjected to a 15% restock fee. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse and we will pay for the shipping back if there is an exchange.
